To be truly successful with your health & fitness results I find you need to get 3 key things right

  • Exercise
  • Food
  • MOST importantly your state of mind

In my experience when just one of these 3 factors starts to wobble the rest usually fall, like a domino effect.

Look at it from this point of view

You have had a busy day & miss a workout therefore NOT feeling as motivated to eat well? (I might as well eat like this instead factor).

Let’s say you have eaten a bit TOO much over the weekend therefore come Monday you do not feel as energised or incentivised to exercise (I canโ€™t be arsed factor).

Finally, if youโ€™re not in the right headspace, which can be affected by SO many things then the exercise & food side will most definitely suffer also.

So, my simple takeaway message for you today is thisโ€ฆ
