Yet, many times they seem to fail to get to where they want to go
My question is WHY do you think that is?
Sure, there are the classic barriers such as
- Work pressures & commitments
- Time
- Family
- Social events
- Energy
- Motivation
- Willpower
- It’s not the right time – this one always gets me but that’s another story
