Do not get me wrong here, not everyone has this challenge.ย Yet a lot of people, in my experience, simply make poor choices.ย This simply makes it more difficult to achieve the health results they want.
For example, a lot of people I talk to are aware that:
โ They could do with being more active
โ Perhaps have more of a varied & healthier eating plan
โ Maybe trying the same old thing again will still not work no matter how much they wish it would
Yet, knowing all of this, people still ๐๐๐๐๐๐ not to make the decisions that will better suit them & their health & fitness results.
I get it you might be saying right now:
โ Iโm too busy now
โ I do not know what to do for the best, might as well do whatโs familiar!
โ I have tried it all before
โย I could not possibly find a routine that fits into my schedule,ย therefore, what is the point in starting
โ It is not the right time for me right now โ when is ever the right time?
