This is a conversation I had with a client over the past couple of days as she had been unwell. ๐Ÿคข

She identified how easy it was to slip off track with her eating habits with things that were comforting & familiar to her.

The good news is she bounced back quickly into her normal regime as she reminded herself ๐Ÿ‘‡

โœ…How good she felt physically & mentally making better choices

โœ…How much effort she had put in with her health & fitness

โœ…She reminded herself of the benefits associated with the healthier decisions

โœ…Reminded herself of the meaning (importance) of why she chose to be healthier in the first place

All these factors helped her ‘get back on it’ quicker๐Ÿ‘

I wanted to share this with you today because I experience so many times with people that when they get knocked off course with their health & fitness, they can easily find it a struggle to get into the swing of things again. ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Sometimes it can be the smallest of things

The key is to try and be ๐…๐‹๐„๐—๐ˆ๐๐‹๐„ & ๐€๐ƒ๐€๐๐“๐€๐๐‹๐„ to these sometimes-unpredictable circumstances๐Ÿ‘

Focus on the things you know you can ๐‚๐Ž๐๐“๐‘๐Ž๐‹ which makes life ๐„๐€๐’๐ˆ๐„๐‘ ๐Ÿ˜€
