- Having to work longer than predicted

This is a conversation I had with a client over the past couple of days as she had been unwell. ๐คข
She identified how easy it was to slip off track with her eating habits with things that were comforting & familiar to her.
Sound familiar? ๐ค
The good news is she bounced back quickly into her normal regime as she reminded herself ๐
โ How good she felt physically & mentally making better choices
โ How much effort she had put in with her health & fitness
โ She reminded herself of the benefits associated with the healthier decisions
โ Reminded herself of the meaning (importance) of why she chose to be healthier in the first place
All these factors helped her ‘get back on it’ quicker๐
I wanted to share this with you today because I experience so many times with people that when they get knocked off course with their health & fitness, they can easily find it a struggle to get into the swing of things again. ๐ซ
Sometimes it can be the smallest of things
The key is to try and be ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ to these sometimes-unpredictable circumstances๐
Focus on the things you know you can ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ which makes life ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐
If you allow these simple factors to help guide you when life throws a curveball at you it will help keep you on track๐
