healthy habit tips

I totally understand where you’re coming from.

Finding that balance between a demanding work routine & trying to stay active can feel challenging.

Staying healthy though doesn’t mean hitting to gym for hours on end. Its all about how adaptable you can be with your existing routine.

Here a few simple, of many ways you could look at things differently:

  • Schedule it in. Treat your health like work meetings. Plan specific times and try and stick to them. This helps to prioritise your health just like any other work commitments. Even if it’s as little as 5-10 minutes’ worth.
  • Active commuting. Where possible walk or cycle to work. It helps you stay active and sets your focus for the day ahead.
  • Short and intense training. These workouts are time-efficient and effective if you have a busy workload.
  • Utilise your weekends. If weekdays are difficult make the most of weekends. Even with some fun outdoor activities to help unwind & stay fit and healthy.
  • Accountability buddy. Find someone who shares similar goals with you. This will help you stay focused and motivated through those challenging times.

These are merely a handful among many ideas.

If you’re ready to transform your habits & mindset in a supportive environment this is the place for you. Let’s support each other in making lasting changes together.
