This is something I experience far too often with people
Let us look at a classic example: ๐
You way to lose a certain amount of weight.
Most people ONLY focus on this element and thatโs usually as far as the thought process goes!
Donโt misunderstand me it is great to have this in mind.ย However, what about all the other little things that you achieve which helps you get towards the end result in the first place. ๐ค
For example: ๐
โ Replace that last 1-2 glasses ๐ท of wine with water
โ Plan your meals better ๐ฅฃ
โ Choose better snack options ๐
โ Do not obsess over the bathroom scales
โ Increase your daily physical activity ๐ถโโ๏ธ
You get the idea ๐
All these simple actions you implement are ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐ฅณ, it is being consistent with these new behaviours that will get you where you want to be with your health and fitness results
The more you acknowledge and celebrate them the more motivated and driven you will become, even when life feels tough ๐
